What they all have in common is the ability to teach us how to be more brave, feel more alive and treat ourselves (and others) with more compassion. Meredith Arthur, a San Francisco-based writer and video producer, has experienced stress in all of its incarnations and lived to tell this tale. Currently a Content Lead at Pinterest, Meredith has worked at tech companies large and small. An early pioneer of “getting people to talk about mental health in a normal way,” Meredith created the website Beautiful Voyager in 2015 for overthinkers, perfectionists, and people pleasers. 

And most recently, she just came out with her first book called: Get Out of My Head  Inspiration for Overthinkers in an Anxious World.

Fritzi Horstman is the Founder and Executive Director of the Compassion Prison Project - an organization dedicated to bringing compassion, childhood trauma awareness and creative inspiration to all men and women living behind bars.
