Meredith Arthur, a San Francisco-based writer and video producer, has experienced stress in all of its incarnations and lived to tell this tale. Currently a Content Lead at Pinterest, Meredith has worked at tech companies large and small. CYNTHIA LI, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She has practiced as an internist in settings as diverse as Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, San Francisco General Hospital, and St. Anthony Medical Clinic serving the homeless. After an autoimmune illness left her housebound for 2 years, she dove into the root causes of her illness, and returned to medicine as a very different doctor. Currently, she has a private practice in integrative and functional medicine, and serves on the faculty of the Healer’s Art program at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. She lives in Berkeley, CA, with her husband and their two daughters.

Amanda Stern is the author of the novel The Long Haul, the memoir Little Panic: Dispatches from an Anxious Life, and eleven children’s books written under pseudonyms. She founded the popular Happy Ending Music and Reading Series in 2003, which had its final show at Joe’s Pub in June 2018. She lives in Brooklyn with her daughter Busy, who just happens to be a dog.
